From the ship date, it usually takes about 1-2 days to personally handcraft your product and then between 3-7 days for shipping (depends on location, weather conditions, etc) for orders within North America, and about 5-10 days for shipping for International orders. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

How much is does shipping cost?
In the USA shipping is $4.99 flat rate. For orders outside of North America, orders ship for $15.99 Flat Rate to anywhere in the world!
My tracking number says my order was delivered but I haven't received it yet?
Please contact the shipping company right away. Provide them the tracking number for your order. Once you've been in touch with them, send us an email at info@manlycure.com we'll help you recover the lost package.
Can I expedite my order?
We do offer upgraded Express Shipping which is calculated at check out based on your postal code. Further, while we can't guarantee delivery and ship times, we can always try to accommodate special circumstances. Please send us an email at info@manlycure.com with your order number and we'll see what we can do.
I'd like to change my shipping address, how can I do this?
Please contact us at info@manlycure.com with your order number, and we'll update your order information accordingly. If your order has already shipped out, you will have to contact the carrier directly and reference your tracking number to make arrangements.
Will I be charged with customs, vat, or import duties?
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot tell you what the cost would be.
